"I honestly can’t say enough good things about Bradley Radtke at State Farm! Anytime I have a question or need help with something, I’m able to get ahold of him right away, which is so important to me. He is always incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and quick to get my questions answered. I never feel like I’m being rushed or like I’m just another customer.
It’s hard to find this level of customer service anymore, and I really appreciate knowing I have someone reliable that I can actually reach when I need help. "The agent I spoke with was extremely helpful in helping me navigate my first independent insurace purchase, they even took the time to work around my odd night-shift hours when we scheduled to call back after she compared all the potential quotes and rates we were collaboratively looking at. They were also extremely friendly and personable! I personally get pretty anxious speaking over the phone ESPECALLY with professionals, but talking with them felt very natural and pleasent! 10/10, would and will call again (when I have more questions of course)"
