"My State Farm agent retired and my business transferred to Jan Johnson now Jesse Johnson but through all this transition I have been so impressed with Shelly at this office. She has provided some of the best Service I’ve ever received. Recently, we had hail damage to our roof and vehicle, and she has been right there with recommendations, support, and even called around to see where I could get my vehicle fixed and set up an appointment for my rental car. To me this is above and beyond service and I couldn’t be more impressed."
